• A private master wing with fireplace, wet bar, Peloton, spa-style bathroom, and veranda access

• A guest wing with 4 additional bedrooms and shared Jack & Jill bathrooms

• A dedicated game and theater room with lounge seating and entertainment

The main living space includes a chef’s kitchen with Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, marble countertops, and a 12-foot island, opening into a spacious great room designed for gathering.

Designed to fully embrace indoor-outdoor wine country living:

• 1,000+ sq ft covered veranda with vineyard and mountain views

• Multiple outdoor seating areas with fireplaces and fire pit

• 45’ pool with lap lane (heating available Sept 15 – April 15 for an additional fee)

• Year-round built-in hot tub

• Pool-level lounge with bar and half bath

• A dedicated on-site estate manager

• Daily housekeeping and laundry

• Up to 6 hours of service per day (4 hours Dec–Feb)
