Spectacular Secluded Wine Estate | Luxury House Rentals & Private Wellness Retreats
Set on over 55 acres offering privacy and serenity, our wine country estate will transport you to another time and place. It has been completely renovated while staying true to its 70s roots. Enjoy the sunken conversation pit, a grotto-style pool with hot tub and cascading waterfall, a fun disco/karaoke room and your own private tennis court. Perfect for large groups who want privacy as well as almost every amenity you can imagine. The pool is solar-heated April-October.
The style is evocative of the 1970s with a nod to Club Med and the South Pacific islands.
The main house includes 4 bedrooms and 3 baths with a massive stone fireplace that serves both the sunken living room and the master bedroom upstairs. The separate pool house, meanwhile, includes one bedroom with a living room with 65 inch TV, wet bar, steam shower and sauna. With the inclusion of a full size sleeper sofa in the main house den downstairs, the property can comfortably sleep 14 in total. The dining room allows for up to 12 guests with a kitchen table that seats up to 6.
The grounds include lush vegetation and flowering plants and trees along with massive heritage oak trees that overlooks two historical barns and a corral of horses. Enjoy hiking to the top of Mt. Taylor or visit the surrounding wineries in the Bennett Valley while being only a few minutes from Whole Foods and the shops of Santa Rosa or Glen Ellen.
Please note that while the house has been remodeled extensively there are still a few imperfections typical of a house that is over 40 years old.
